Hello, Chicagoans! Monika Dixon and Kristin Kojzarek here from Monika Dixon Public Relations and we’re both excited to tell you all about LUX MGT’s upcoming “Midsummer Fashion Show” event! We thrive on reaching everyone with the latest news about the hottest local events, and we would love for all of you to join us on July 13th.

Who wouldn’t want to leave the real world behind for a few hours and step into a dreamscape created by Chicago’s very own Luxury Management  team?  LUX MGT will transform Lincoln Park’s MINI Cooper Dealership into an ethereal runway for their second annual Midsummer Fashion Show benefiting the Human Rights’ Campaign on July 13th from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

With a night set to soar with fashion models dressed in alien attire against a galaxy backdrop, this is one event that starry-eyed dreamers will want to stay awake for.

The evening will focus on Chicago businesses and brands. Models will strut down the runway in designs by AKIRA Chicago, The Denim Lounge, Sebastien Grey Clothiers, JoJo & Sofia, and the Thread Lounge. Restoration Salon Chicago will conceptualize the hair, and MUSE Beauty Pro will create the makeup. Cordina is hosting in the VIP cocktail reception, and all guests will have the chance to have their photos taken with the “alien” models posing next to a MINI Cooper car. The intergalactic design scheme was chosen to represent this year’s “Universal Love” theme.

Ricardo Sebastian founded LUX MGT as part of a college project to raise money for non-profits through event planning in 2008. Since then, LUX MGT has raised well over 600K for both not-for-profit and for-profit companies. Sebastian was nominated as one of “The Top 75 Up-and-Comers” by the Chicago Innovation Awards, and Refinery 29 as well as Windy City Times’ listed him as one of this year’s “30 Under 30.”
