Make-A-Wish Illinois presents Women, Wine & Wishes!

Raise your glass for Make-A-Wish at the second annual Women, Wine & Wishes on Thursday, February 19^th at A New Leaf (1818 N. Wells). Emceed by ABC 7 Chicago’s Janet Davies, the event is organized by the Women’s Network of Make-A-Wish Illinois and will honor local women who have impacted the mission of Make-A-Wish. Guests will enjoy wine selections and hors d’oeuvres in the elegant, yet edgy space on Chicago’s near north side.

Granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions since 1985, Make-A-Wish Illinois will reach nearly 700 Illinois children this year with a life-changing wish experience. Medical professionals say the wish experience can improve not only their patients’ state of mind, but also their response to treatment and their overall physical health.
