Get your SHRED on with a Weekend of Fitness Fun!

Even though it may not feel or look like spring right at the moment, the warm weather is indeed just around the corner. Can I get a hallelujah? I don’t think many of us will feel bad saying bye to this frigid, late winter we are having. That is for sure. And I don’t know about you guys, but seeing as winter IS coming to a close, what’s been on my mind is making sure I kick it into high gear with my workouts.

6th Annual Pinot Days Chicago Grand Festival

I don’t know about you, but I love me some vino, but don’t love how expensive it is to get over to that west coast. Let’s just imagine an ideal situation that involved, oh let’s say, about 65 wineries flying into Chicago and letting this Windy City taste what that entire coast has to offer! Ding, Ding, Ding… our wish has been granted!

Live to Support (LTS) Chicago Uses Recreational Sports Leagues and Social Events to Raise Awareness and Donations for Local Charities

Live to Support (LTS) Chicago was co-founded in the summer of 2010 by Mark Biery and Chris DuCharme. It was Biery’s belief that instead of creating a recreational sports league where members receive a t-shirt or medal for participation, they could use the registration fees as a way of giving back to local charities. LTS has several sports leagues including kickball, dodgeball, volleyball, soccer, softball, and flag football. In addition, LTS also coordinates tournaments and sports-related social events. The company believes a core network of young professionals provides an ideal platform to support Chicago charities through monetary donations and awareness.
