Lollapalooza parties w/Rock the vote & more!

every year, people, performers, celebs,.. around the world come to the great city of chicago (and our venues, see video above!) to enjoy the best musical talent around at lollapalooza! this year, i’m happy to announce that my rockit ranch crew & I will be kicking it all off w/ the official “rock the vote party!” w/ live performances by lady gaga peeps/openers semi precious weapons & her monster tour dj lady starlight soon as they get off the gaga stage at lollapalooza! Wonder if she will be following them over? hmmmmmm

you never know as not only is her crew performing with us, but “rock the vote” is a great cause that most performers back! as you know from following me on twitter and facebook, if I can ever share fun experiences like partying with these performers and combine a good cause with it, i try my best… and I don’t think anyone would argue against the importance of getting young people to get involved in their communities, futures & voting! So hope you too will join us!

Word to the wise… get there when doors open 9pm sharp this friday august 6th at rockit bar & grill on 22 w hubbard as space is limited… or hit me on my personal Facebook and we will try to get you on the list…. (or if know someone else at rockit ranch you can hit them too for help!)

Oh btw… rockit & sunda have food booths at lollapalooza so stop by & check them out!  serving bourbon bbq pulled pork sandwiches, white truffle fires & white bean hummus with vegetables!

another one of my favorite kickoff events is galapalooza- held on thursday, august 5th – a charity event for parkways foundation, that allows guests to get a sneak peak and tour of grant park in all its lolla glory. last year, there were concerts, a silent action, raffle, great lounging areas with cocktails & my favorite part-delicious food! to purchase tickets visit: http://www.parkways.org/events.aspx
