VAMP: A Music Comedy Drinking Show Entertains Sold Out Audiences at BYOB Theater in Lakeview

It’s Friday or Saturday night and you think to yourself, “Self. What can I do in Chicago tonight that will make me forget about work, make me laugh, and where I can get my drank on for cheap?”

Well, self…the answer is VAMP: A Music Comedy Drinking Show at MCL Chicago Comedy Theater. Each week at 10:30 p.m. join hosts Keenan Camp and Brandon C. Price along with key-holding cast members and full house band Doc McCullough & The Vampers as they present to you, BYOB drinks in hand, a hilarious night of audience interactive music improv comedy. Think of it like the tv show “Who’s Line is it Anyway” where everyone is Wayne Brady. Each show features different cast members, different audience suggestions, and different music, but the result is always the same…more fun than sitting at home on a weekend binge eating two pints of Ben & Jerry’s while falling down a Netflix documentary vortex.

Not only are you gonna laugh your face off as you watch people Dubstep Up to the Streets (a staple of every show), you can do it with a six pack, a bottle of vino, or liquor if you’re frisky because MCL Chicago is a BYOB theater. Tickets are $15 General, $10 Student if you still have that piece of plastic from 2005.

Weekly updates on special guests can be found on the VAMP Facebook page, Twitter, and Instagram (@vamp_chicago).

Get yourself to VAMP and bring some friends because you don’t want to be left with the basics in Chicago who haven’t been to the VAMP clubhouse. #JoinTheClub
