Calling all noodle and cheese enthusiast! Forget the Kraft mac and cheese, this

fest will change everything you know about the beloved dairy and carb combo. Come

down to the UIC Forum and experience Mac and Cheese on a new level.

75 Chicago chefs bring their best recipes to the table, from family traditions to new

creations. Your taste buds are sure in for a treat! From pulled pork mac and cheese to a

7 cheese blend with crawfish and andouille sausage, you won’t know what hit ya.

The event will take place October 24th with a lunch session at 12:30pm and the dinner

session beginning at 6:30pm.


Tickets cost $60 but include all you can eat and five drink tickets which can be used for water, soda or alcohol. Come feeling hungry, leave full and happy! All the chefs are competing for the coveted Golden Noodle. Will Kitty O’Sheas take the cheese again?
