Studio B Entertainment presents Event Series Launch

One of Music industry’s finest, 2x Grammy Award winner Keith Harris shared business and music industry tips and advice for aspiring Entrepreneurs and Creatives at the launch of the Studio B Event Series on July 15^th at 1^st Ward at Chop Shop.

On July 15^th, Studio B Entertainment launched the first event in the STUDIO B Event Series at 1^st Ward at Chop Shop.  Over 150 Musicians, songwriters, producers, event planners, brand agency marketers, creatives and executives all came together to network and hear directly from one of the best in the music industry, 2x Grammy and Juno Award winner, songwriter, producer, musical director and touring drummer for the Black Eyed Peas and Fergie, Keith Harris.

The evening kicked off with a live performance by Artists in Keith’s music agency – TGMA – performing Keith’s hits “American Boy” by Estelle and Grammy Award winner “Be Okay” by Chrisette Michele.   Keith shared his story of growing up in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago and getting his start playing the drums in Church, launching his career as the touring drummer with Black Eyed Peas and Fergie (for 10 years and over 500 live shows!) and how he moved through the music industry ranks writing, producing and playing music with legendary artists such as Michael Jackson, Madonna, Mary J. Blige, Usher and even “The Godfather of Soul” James Brown.  The evening inspired creativity, empowered guests to pursue their passions, and provided a fun, unique way to meet new people and grow their network for future collaborations.
